Cornelius Francis Webb (later Webbe) was a proofreader for the Quarterly Review who published poems in the New Monthly Magazine (1814-17) and the Gentleman's Magazine (1813-17). He was an acquaintance and admirer of Keats, who describes Webbe as "of our party occasionally at Hampstead." Webbe later worked as a corrector for the press.
