Goblins And Rainbows

Tearing up the sky like a dagger,
Gold will fall, and fall fast,
Creeping by the sky like a dark angel.
There, nothing is surpassed.
The water drips from the sky,
Quickly burning all that flies
And all that creeps on the ground.
It's hide to stay alive.

A glow rips up from the earth,
Stones and gold spring out
And lay before the summit of heaven.
Stand and erase all the doubt.
All swords shall be drawn,
All shields will be ready,
All men shall walk the breadth of the land,
To grasp their hands in the plenty.

No history shall be remembered.
The footsteps of the past
Shall be washed by every river,
Every stream, every cast.
Banish every name to peril,
Uplift the trees to cover all.
All that could have been there
Will be lost to those that stand tall.

The last remnants will be lifted
High into the sky with the vapour.
The sun will spread her light
And cut everything down like paper.
The jaws of nature will unclench,
What is dead is now free.
Their journey has now ended,
The empty land shall let them be.

The colours will rein supreme,
Shining above all who can gaze.
There she is, the last sound,
Never peace, only slaves.
